Sex: (Male/Female/Unknown, ♂, ♀, ? respectively; only one at a time and couldn't be switched)
Hanもん tag: (yes/no, the ones I have, definitely yes, it is needed for anyone to do R-18 arts, it it's not open for R-18 art, put in No; pixiv tag is Hanもん対応機種)
HanもんG tag: (yes/no, the ones I have, definitely no, it is needed for anyone to do R-18G arts, if it's not open for R-18G art, put in No; pixiv tag is HanもんG対応機種)
Motive: (what type of creature it's designed on, if it's not known, put in -. For example, Calamilia has her motives of rabbit, sugarglider, and carbuncle)
Model: (what it's designed on; e.g. Donnell has his design on the Flare Red 3DS)
Carrier: (who the carrier of it is, e.g. if you have or had (kept the mobile phone) Sprint put in Sprint; and if it's portable gaming consoles, such as Nintendo, put in Nintendo)
Maker: (who the maker of it is, e.g. for phones it is required, e.g. SAMSUNG, and if it's gaming systems (PSP-×000 series, PS Vita only) put in SONY)
Country of Origin: (where it originated from; e.g. Wonder Swan as Japan (because it released in Japan only), GAME BOY line/DS line as Worldwide, except for the GAME BOY light, that one only released in Japan in 1998; months before the worldwide GAME BOY COLOR))
Year: (what year it was made, if it's 3DS, put in 2011, and if it's 3DS XL, put in 2012, and if it's the original GAME BOY, put in 1989 (unless if you're in Europe, put in 1990), and if it's the PLAY IT LOUD! series, put in 1995, pocket in 1996, light (Japan only) and COLOR in 1998, ADVANCE in 2001 (if it's SP, put in 2003), and micro as 2005)


For Re-entries, you'll need to do the same thing. You don't need to keep it's design (you can also change it!)
